The Center for Reproductive Health is sensitive to the high costs of infertility treatment. We do our best to keep you well informed about the costs associated with care. Every new patient is given the opportunity to meet with one of our financial coordinators to go over in detail the costs of indicated tests and procedures. If you would like more specific information before your initial appointment please feel free to contact one of our financial coordinators.
Co-payments are required at the time of service. For all non-covered services payment is required at the time of service. Acceptable forms of payment are Visa, MasterCard, cash and personal checks. Listed below are some of our services:
