Insurance Info
The Center for Reproductive Health is contracted with most insurance carriers. As a courtesy, we will obtain your insurance benefits; however, we do not guarantee benefits. Verification of benefits from an insurance company is not a guarantee of payment. We strongly urge all patients to obtain a copy of their benefits in writing. We will make every effort to maximize benefits available.
Patients with Group Health need to obtain a primary care provider referral before your initial appointment. This will allow us to bill the visit if infertility services are covered. Without the referral, payments will be due upfront.
Patients with Tricare must have a referral in place before setting up the initial consult. Please note that we are not contracted with this insurance; however we will bill them as a courtesy. We have found that Tricare policies generally will cover testing.
We have two financial coordinators that are available during regular office hours to assist with any questions that may arise. We understand that insurance is often confusing to our patients with regards to infertility services. We deal with insurance companies on a daily basis regarding infertility and will be your guide through the process.
